BoxTalk 1 | Seiko PADI SRPA21 PADI Turtle | Worth the money?

For the past two months, I have been working on some project as well the new launch of visual production company 8Three Studio.

Finally, everything settled and is time to kickstart a new section “BOXTALK” for my blog, I have always been wanted to do it, unboxing and the first impression about things I love and I own it.

The BOXTALK #1 will be SEIKO PADI SRPA21 PADI Turtle.

I’m a fan of Seiko Diver series and I own few of it, the old legendary SKX007, the titanium SBDC029. Somewhere around 2016 November, I found this SEIKO PADI SRPA21 in an exhibition, the deal was good and grab it home.

Let us started from the box, It’s way bigger than the others two boxes of Seiko diver series I had
Seiko Watches Box
Flip up the box, there’s Seiko Prospex and PADI logo printed and it’s kinda exclusive to me personally, If you do not know what’s PADI, it’s actually A Professional Association of Diving Instructors

The Design
Beautiful stainless steel finishing, Red and blue mix bezel or we called it “PEPSI”, Blue dial in sunray pattern, PADI logo printed at 6, red painted minutes hand, day and date window

At the back, A “SPECIAL EDITION” engraved because this is A special edition watchs, which mean it will be made for a limited time of period only.

Personal comment
Overall, I’m happy the performance of SRPA21 for the past 5 months I have been wearing it day to day basis when it’s fully worn and sitting in watch box the power will last about 1.5 to 2 days. The design definitely are the best take away and SO SEXY!

Does it worth the money?
My answer is YES! With the price tag of MYR 2,000 / 500 USD, it’s definitely A SEXY, reliable and affordable diving watches.
